The documentation of the children and youth participation project day for the planning of Schönefeld Nord is now available to browse. It provides fascinating insights and key outcomes from the event.
On September 4, 2024, around 200 students from 5th, 6th, and 10th grades gathered at Astrid Lindgren Elementary School to contribute their ideas and visions for the development of Schönefeld Nord. At five interactive and varied stations, they eagerly engaged in tasks related to urban planning, open spaces, and transportation—bringing a flood of creative ideas to life!
A highlight of the day was the visit of the mayor, who took the time to personally listen to the students’ proposals. The outcomes of this participation event serve as a valuable contribution to further planning and highlight the importance of incorporating the perspectives of the younger generation.
