On Monday, April 25, 2022, the urban and landscape planning competition for the approximately 170-hectare planning area in northern Schönefeld entered its crucial phase. In an anonymized process, the jury selected the top ten concepts from the submitted proposals. These ten will now have the opportunity to refine their ideas in the second part of the application process. After the summer break, on August 22, 2022, the jury will meet again to announce the winning designs.
